Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

M&T Fernley Spray Foam Insulation, fernleysprayfoaminsulation.com, team@fernleysprayfoaminsulation.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the M&T Fernley Spray Foam Insulation website and any insulation work you hire us to do. By using the site, asking for an estimate or booking a job with us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work with us.

When the written estimate or contract for your job says something different from this page, the written estimate or contract controls for that job.

What we do

M&T Fernley Spray Foam Insulation is an insulation contractor based in Fernley, NV. We're licensed and insured, and we install spray foam, blown-in and other insulation, seal attics, put down vapor barriers and remove old insulation for homes and commercial buildings in Fernley and the cities around it.

The descriptions on our home page and service pages explain the work in general terms. Your estimate sets the actual scope for your building, because what we find in your attic, walls or crawl space decides what the job needs. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

Estimates and pricing

We give free on-site estimates, and asking for one doesn't obligate you to hire us. An estimate is based on what we can see and reach on the visit, the size of the area and the material you choose, and it stays good for the period written on it.

Sometimes we open up a job and find something nobody could see beforehand, such as soaked or contaminated old insulation, rodent droppings, hidden damage or framing that isn't what we expected. When that happens, we stop, show you what we found and explain the change, and we won't do extra work or change the price until you approve it.

General cost information anywhere on this website is not a quote. Only a written estimate for your job sets a price.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We set a work date with you once you accept the estimate. Weather, material supply and earlier jobs running long can move that date, and if that happens we'll call you as soon as we know.

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas and to clear stored items out of the attic, garage or crawl space when we ask, so the crew can work without damaging your things. Please keep kids and pets away from the work area while we're there.

On spray foam jobs, everyone in the house, including pets, needs to stay out until the re-entry time we give you, which is when it's safe to come back inside. We'll tell you that time for your specific job before we start, and you agree to follow it.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (775) 980-1020 as early as you can. If we've already ordered material for your job or the crew is already on the way, we may ask you to cover those costs as your contract describes.

Payment

Your estimate or contract spells out how much you pay, when you pay and any deposit. Unless it says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is done.

If a payment is late, we may pause any unfinished work until it's paid and charge late fees or collection costs as your contract and Nevada law allow.

Warranties and what we can't promise

Any warranty on our workmanship is the one written in your contract. Warranties on the insulation and other products we install come from their makers, and the makers set the conditions for those warranties.

We can't promise a specific drop in your power bill or a specific temperature in any room. Results depend on things outside our work, like your heating and cooling system, ductwork, windows and how the house is used.

Apart from those written warranties, and as far as Nevada law allows, this website and everything on it are provided as is, without any other warranty, express or implied.

Limits on our liability

As far as Nevada law allows, M&T Fernley Spray Foam Insulation isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses connected to this website or our work, such as loss of use of your home. For any claim about a job, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

We aren't responsible for problems caused by conditions that existed before we started and that we couldn't reasonably have seen, such as hidden leaks, mold inside walls or wiring faults. We also aren't responsible for problems caused by work someone else does after we finish.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Nevada law doesn't allow to be limited.

If we disagree

If something about your job isn't right, call us first. Most problems get fixed faster with a conversation and a visit to the house than with letters.

If we can't settle it that way within a reasonable time, either of us can take the matter to a court in Nevada that has jurisdiction, including small claims court when the amount qualifies.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the website from the day it's posted. The terms in effect when you signed your contract apply to that job.
